Harvest Fest 2016
GENERAL INFORMATION
It is that time of year again!! Adrian Orchards is hosting our annual Harvest Fest on Saturday, October 1, and Sunday, October 2, 2016. The hours of the Harvest Fest are on Saturday 11am – 6pm, and on Sunday Noon – 5pm. We are planning for our best festival yet as we celebrate our 91st year in operation!
VENDOR INFORMATION
Booth Space is still available: $50 for one day and $75 for both days inside the big tent. If you would like to set up your own tent or booth outside of the tent, the cost is $50 for both Saturday and Sunday, or $30 for either day.
The tent will be secured each night, and you may set up your space on Friday afternoon or evening. One 8 foot table and 2 folding chairs are available for your inside booth, if requested in advance. You are welcome to bring your own tables, displays and shelving, as long as it fits in the 10 x 10 space. Electricity is extremely limited: if you need power, please arrange this with us ahead of time as special arrangements must be made. And as always, booth space is allotted on a first come, first serve basis. The Booth Form and Release of Liability Form are available at the store and online.
To be included in this year’s Harvest Fest, we must have your forms and payment by Sunday, September 18, 2016.
