2014 Harvest Festival
GENERAL INFORMATION
It is that time of year again!! Adrian Orchards is hosting our annual Harvest Fest on Saturday, October 4, and Sunday, October 5, 2014. The hours of the Harvest Fest are on Saturday 11am – 6pm, and on Sunday Noon – 5pm. We are making a few changes this year, including expanding the activities for children, making room for more vendors under the Big Top, and an outside food cart or two and some musicians. Parking is available on our grounds and at Courts’ Yard and Greenhouse, just a few steps away from Adrian’s.
VENDOR INFORMATION
Booth Space is still available: $50 for one day and $75 for both days inside the big tent. If you would like to set up your own tent or booth outside of the tent, the cost is $50 for Saturday and Sunday, or $30 for either day.
You may set up your space on Friday afternoon or evening. The tent will be secured each night. Each 10x10 booth will be provided with one 8 foot table and 2 chairs under the big top. You are welcome to bring your own tables, displays and shelving. Electricity is extremely limited: if you need power, please arrange this with us ahead of time as special arrangements must be made. And as always, booth space is allotted on a first come, first serve basis. The Booth Form and Release of Liability Form are available at the store.
To be included in this year’s Harvest Fest, we must have your forms and payment by Sunday, September 21.
