Take care and stay well. An apple a day keeps the Dr. away! Mrs. A
This is a busy week for many, us included. Saturday we received our TEXAS grapefruit and navel oranges. We have always preferred Texas over Florida because it IS sweeter. We will have these until sometime in late January. Also, in just this week...NEW CROP PECANS....these are paper shell, meaning you can crack them in your hand. These come direct from pecan farm in Georgia. Fresh and sweet, ready to eat or for that pecan pie, (that I'll be making...Emeril's recipe) George is having a hard time waiting for the Eating Season to begin.
The new list of apple varieties include GRANNY SMITH, PINK LADY, MELROSE, CAMEO, BRAEBURN, GOLD RUSH, AND FUJI...I know we can find some variety you'll love for the holiday season.
We're still making fresh cider and even have some spiced and heated for you to enjoy by the fire...and persimmon pulp is still available for that special treat !!!
WE WILL BE CLOSED THANKSGIVING DAY to be together with family and friends to give thanks for all our blessings...one of which is YOU...we are very grateful for your patronage and wish all a very happy Thanksgiving.
Take care and hope to see you soon...Mrs. A

As always admission is FREE!!! Don't cha just love that word? Gotta admit it's my favorite and then comes another four letter word...SALE!!!
We're cleaning up George's garden before the frost, like we're ready for that, so there are loads of bell peppers, pimentos, jalapenos, banana peppers, tomatoes, cayenne, Nepalese bell, ghost peppers, habenero, and green beans, too.
Time to string hot peppers and dry them for the winter. There is a difference between drying your own and store bought...great for chili, too...they'll warm you up...or light you up, whatever you prefer.
Hope all are well...take care and hope to see you soon....Mrs. A
